Leftfield | Virgin Music
After a seven year hiatus, British electronic music duo Leftfield return for their fourth studio album in almost 28 years. Despite the small back catalogue, the duo are among the most influential in British dance music, alongside the likes of Chemical Brothers and Fatboy Slim. This Is What We Do reaches back to the 90s, providing techno bangers that are full of charisma. A wonderful album from two of the best to ever do it.

Half Alive | RCA
Conditions of a Punk is the second studio album by American band Half Alive. Featuring all the tracks from their EP Give Me Your Shoulders, Pt. 1, the Long Beach Californian trio stick with their musical direction. Eighteen songs long, each song dazzles, with complex subject matter and quirky production. After the band announced “… we didn’t need Part 2, we needed something beyond it.”, it’s clear that this latest record is exactly that. A true gem.
